Nanaimo Harbor Cam, BC
The camera is mounted on the modern Port Theatre rooftop in downtown Nanaimo, just across the harbour. In the foreground, you can see Front Street and the Harbourfront Walkway, an extensive waterfront walk overlooking the marina. In the background, you may notice the landscapes of Protection Island and Saysutshun Newcastle Island, which are only accessible by foot passenger ferry or boat. Saysutshun Newcastle Island is home to the Saysutshun Newcastle Island Marine Provincial Park, a popular recreation area in Nanaimo.
